Jacqueline Serebrani-Kesner is an innovative interdisciplinary and expressive arts educator with significant experience teaching students and teachers through the grades including higher education and teacher training. Jacqueline is a passionate advocate and innovator for integrating arts and values-based learning in education. Areas of specialty include teaching the interdisciplinary and expressive arts including the visual arts, drama, theatre, theatre education, oral interpretation of literature, values, spiritual development, and mindfulness.
Jacqueline’s work spans cross-cultural populations through the grades, from traditional learners to students requiring differentiated instruction. Much of her work also focuses on social issues that have deep significance for students at all strata of society. Her experience includes leading education departments and artist-in-residency programs in Off-Broadway and regional theatre, public and private schools, higher education, and in private consultation with students/teachers.
